Great competition in Cardiff on 12th May hosted by Master Trudgill, just over 900 entries. A big congratulations to Ashleigh Hughes, Paul Chappell, Luke Garlicki, Stuart Foyle and Scott Appleby. This small team came home with 6 medals, lets see if we can get a bigger team next year. Well done guys….TANG SOO!

I agree it was a great evening and the younger ones did a really good job.it was nice to be a part of it.the spirit and enthusiasm was brilliant everyone did really well.I look forward to going again next time

Just to echo Rich a really big well done to all the juniors who competed in the ‘mini competition’ on Friday! You all showed excellent attitude and I wouldn’t have wanted to get in the ring with some of you! Also a big thank you to Wayne for organising it! Such a brilliant idea!
